1. Our Services

Anna Teem Creative is a watercolor and design studio offering custom and original creative work, which may include:

Custom watercolor artwork and prints
Custom stationery and paper goods
Personalized children's stationery
Wedding stationery and event paper goods
Custom illustrations and design pieces
Live wedding guest watercolor portraits
Original artwork and reproductions
Custom commissions
Other creative services and products offered through the website

Services, products, pricing, availability, and offerings may change from time to time.

2. Custom Artwork & Design

Because our work is handmade and customized, each project is unique.

Colors, textures, brushstrokes, lettering, paper, and other artistic details may vary slightly from photographs or digital previews. These variations are an inherent part of handmade watercolor artwork and are not considered defects.

For custom projects, we will work with you to establish the general direction, details, and specifications of your piece before beginning work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative decisions regarding artistic execution, composition, color interpretation, materials, and artistic style remain at the discretion of Anna Teem Creative.

3. Client Approval & Revisions

For custom stationery, design projects, and commissioned artwork, clients may be provided with proofs or sketches for approval.

The client is responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, addresses, wording, spelling, colors, quantities, and other information before approving a final design.

Once a design or proof has been approved, additional changes may require an additional fee and may affect the production timeline.

Anna Teem Creative is not responsible for errors that were present in client-approved artwork or information supplied incorrectly by the client.

4. Payments & Orders

Payment requirements, deposits, balances, and pricing will be communicated to the client before work begins.

A project is not considered booked or confirmed until any required deposit or payment has been received.

For custom work, deposits may be non-refundable once creative work has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed upon in writing.

Prices may change without notice; however, once a project has been accepted and paid for, the agreed price will apply to that project unless additional work or changes are requested.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Custom Work

Because custom artwork and stationery are created specifically for each client, customized products generally cannot be returned or resold.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and whether creative or production work has already begun.

If you need to cancel or modify a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund or remaining balance will be determined according to the applicable project agreement and these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the project, season, materials, shipping provider, and other circumstances.

Anna Teem Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, venue restrictions, incorrect addresses supplied by the client, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The client is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and promptly notifying us of any changes.

Additional shipping fees will be added to the final invoice and can adjust as needed.

7. Live Wedding Guest Portraits

Live wedding guest portraits and on-site painting services are subject to the terms agreed upon with the client.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, venue, location, expected guest count, requested service duration, and other relevant details.

The client or venue must provide a suitable workspace and reasonable access for the artist unless otherwise agreed.

Travel fees, lodging, parking, additional hours, materials, and other event-related expenses may apply and will be communicated before the event.

If an event is postponed, cancelled, relocated, or significantly changed, the applicable deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation terms will be determined according to the client's project agreement.

Because live painting and guest portraiture are performed under event conditions, finished artwork may contain natural variations associated with working on location.

8. Copyright & Ownership of Artwork

All original artwork, watercolor paintings, illustrations, stationery designs, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, written content, and other creative materials created by Anna Teem Creative are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original artwork, custom commission, print, stationery product, portrait, or other physical item does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Anna Teem Creative retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in artwork and designs created by us.

The purchaser receives ownership of the physical item purchased and, where applicable, the limited right to display that physical item for personal or business purposes.

No purchaser may reproduce, scan, trace, modify, digitally reproduce, manufacture, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit artwork or designs without our prior written permission.

9. Commercial & Reproduction Rights

Copyright and reproduction rights are not included in the purchase price of artwork or design services unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

If you would like to purchase commercial use, reproduction rights, licensing rights, exclusive rights, or a copyright assignment, please contact us to discuss a separate agreement and fee.

Any transfer or assignment of copyright must be made in writing.

10. Client-Supplied Content

Clients may provide photographs, logos, text, artwork, illustrations, family names, monograms, or other materials for use in a custom project.

By providing these materials, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use them for the requested project.

You agree not to provide materials that knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Anna Teem Creative is not responsible for infringement arising from materials supplied by the client.

11. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anna Teem Creative may photograph, reproduce, display, and share completed artwork and design work for portfolio, website, social media, editorial, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.

This may include photographs of custom stationery, wedding details, commissioned artwork, live wedding portraits, and other completed projects.

If you require your project to remain private or confidential, please discuss this with us before the project begins.

12. Photography of Weddings & Events

For live wedding and event services, photographs or videos of the completed artwork or event experience may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes as described above.

We will make reasonable efforts to focus promotional imagery on our artwork and services rather than identifiable guests.

If you have specific privacy requirements, please contact us before your event so that we can discuss them in advance.

13. Website Content

All content appearing on this website, including artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, text, design elements, and branding, belongs to Anna Teem Creative or is used with permission.

You may view and use this website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit website content without our prior written permission.

14. No Unauthorized Use of Artwork

You may not use artwork or designs from this website as references for reproducing substantially similar artwork, products, stationery, illustrations, branding, or other commercial materials without written permission.

You may not use our artwork, photographs, designs, or website content to train, develop, or contribute to artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without our express written permission.
